I don't mind the header tank so much.  I like the gravity-feed security
:-)

I didn't know about this one.  I need to get ahold of the service
bulletins
and such.  Is it to be tightened at every annual?  To what torque?

One advantage to an electrical pump would be that it could be away from
the
engine.
