But I don't think the 150 has one aileron that hits a mechanical stop
while
the 
other is still moving.  That's what is happening in this M-10. Is THIS
normal?

Looking at the parts book, it looks like the limit that's being hit is
just
the end of the travel range of the bellcrank in the wing.  I'll have to
pull a plate off and have a look.
