Howdy, Steve. I`ll bet you get alot of input on this one. The differential aelerons, as they are called, reduces "adverse yaw." It is designed in, and has been used in other airplanes, like the Cessna 150. I myself have wondered just exactly what the mechanics of it is. Reducing adverse yaw lessens the need for rudder during turns. I plan to write on this anon. Regards, Percy
