I would be offended if I wasn't a REALLY HONEST guy....  '+)
However my Ercoupe N99784 really gets ABOUT 103 MPH in still air.
This is WITHOUT an airspeed indicator.
I use a couple of different GPS's. They can't all be wrong.

My prop gives me less than 2400 RPM... WIDE OPEN.
I cruise at 2325 or so. It is SMOOoothest and happiest there.

Change your prop for more speed.
Wash and wax while your at it.
Just how much RPM can you get in level flight anyway?
Is your airspeed in KNOTS maybe?

Your trim belongs wherever hands off flight puts it.
