Hello Coupers--
This is an invitation for you to fly with us on the Sixth Annual
Oshkosh Ercoupe Group Fly-In. We will fly in a large group (in trail
with about 500' spacing) from Burlington, Wisconsin (C52, Lat. 42-41.3N,
Long. 88-18.0 W) to the EAA Convention in Oshkosh. If you've never
flown in to the Convention, this is the way to do it. If we arrive
together we can park together in the Showplane Camping area. (They may
not let planes newer than 1960 park in the Showplane Camping area) We
will fly in on SUNDAY, JULY 26. The convention officially starts on
Wednesday, July 29, but food will be available on the grounds and EAA is
in need of volunteers to do various tasks. There will be plenty of
things to keep us busy, including setting up the Ercoupe table in the
Type Club Tent. We are going in this early so we can get a decent
parking area. Last year we went in on Tuesday and had to park in row
128, almost in Fond du Lac! I will give a detailed briefing at 12:30 pm
in Burlington hand out inbound procedure sheets and we expect to take
off at 1:00. If you would like more information about motels in the
