Ron, good idea.  Let's do it unofficially.  I see no need to even ask
for official status initially.

Perhaps in the future we could go official and have EOC articles posted
simultaneously with the Coupe Capers publication.  To avoid killing
Coupe Capers (and the club with its dues and a paid editor), we would
need a members only section if we went official.

As an unofficial site, we can just have fun, get articles from where
ever we can get permission and web connect to all the other Coupe sites.

I'll try to come back from the EOC National Convention this week with
one or more articles and pictures to post.
