My $.02 is probably over valued since I didn't have much time, and none of it recent, when I decided to purchase a coupe. My reasons were pretty basic and I had only flown about 15 minutes on one occassion in a coupe. First and foremost, my wife had pronounced the coupe as "cute" during a viewing at an airshow several years earlier--figured I had her approval with that comment; but also, the coupe was not a piper or cessna; and I did not have enough appreciation to consider a Cub, especially since it was so
traditional; I also liked the coupe's reputation as a plane without surprises for the weekend flyer; and it is reasonably inexpensive to fly (if you don't improve everything that doesn't REALLY need to be improved). I would add that it has met my expectations and I feel comfortable and competent to fly it. Unless you want fast or more seats, its hard to beat. Ken Doyle Springfield, Mo Alon N5477E
