When I got my checkout in my coupe last Dec I
was 195lbs and my instructor was 180 lbs. With full winter coats on we had no
extra space in the cabin but we had no problem getting off the ground with wing
tanks 2/3 full. This was in Colorado at 7000 ft but the temp was 30deg. My
transponder and the nav com are mounted under the panel on the right side
and it does not interfere with your knees.
