Tom:

I have my cockpit covered to keep the rain and heat out. I think rain
getting into your coupe could potentially cause more damage than a few
scratches on the windshield. I have a cover on my Forney made by Custom
Cabin Covers and it works quite well. As long as you cinch them up tight
you shouldn't have problems with the cover flopping around. I don't think
you would have the problem with dust scratching the canopy in your area as
much as we do in Arizona.

I was talking to someone who claims that covers aren't needed on a coupe,
as with wind the windows will be damaged more from wind and the covers
flapping around then protected from the rain.

He recommended putting sun shields on the INSIDE, to protect from the sun.

What do you guys think? Any and all opinions...

Thanks,
-Tom
