How true!  Imagine me when I bought my first coupe.  Had no gyros!  Oh,
no!, me
an instrument rated guy without gyros.  Ran right out and bought two new
ones,
but after a few months, never saw the need.  Hey, now I can fly with just
a
compass and the airspeed indicator!  Probably made a better pilot out of
me in
the long run.
