hey, does anyone know what a king KX170b NAV/COM looks like? and do you have a pic? is this a good radio? Forrest "i can fly by pilotage, vor, ndb, and gps and i can work an e6-b all day long" lack of experience does not mean lack of knowledge...(but i have no clue how to use a loran) i have not said much in my defense lately but, do you old timers (used loosely, of course) think they actually quit teaching the old way of FLYING? no, they teach it all, old techniques, new techniques, everything. The flight from Tulsa to Amarillo IS BORING. I didn't even have time for a burger or a drink or anything. and another thng they teach us in this here airplane driving school "if you are not comfortable with what you are flying into turn around and land.
