Welcome to the group, Lance.  If you are referring to the leading edge wing root fairing, they are usually held on with AN526-632R6 screws.  Check to see if there are nutplates for them in the fuselage skin.

I am a new couper, having just purchased a 415c Ser# 1234 project.  I no doubt will have lots of questions as I begin/finish the rebuild but one right now concerns the fairing at the wing root.  When it comes time to reattach them after the tanks are reinstalled do they have to be rivited? If so can Cherry rivets be used?  Seems to be stainless screws would be fine but just curious. Looking forward to long relationship with you other coupers LanceVancouver, WA
