Kinda like Gasworks Park in Seattle. Well our government must of realized this. In keeping with the present TFRs around sporting events, assembly of people, etc, they put up this TFR so it would be in place on opening day. As I understand it from some USENET News Groups, the people in California are saddled with several similar TFRs around abandoned power plants. They asked that those very same plants be put back on line to ease their power crisis and were told they would never be functional again.
