What you need to do is EXPLICITLY spelled out in the aircraft type
certificates A-718 and A-787 available from Univair as book
"Specifications, A.D. notes, S.T.C.'s", catalogue "ESS". When I bought
mine it was $9 (that was quite a while back).

When the type certificate SAYS you can do something, you CAN DO that
thing.
