Actually, the Forney F1's were made in Carlsbad from 5 ea. in 1956, 15 in
1957, 36 in 1958 and 82 in 1959.  Forney made 14 F1-A's by June of 1960.

more were built in 1960 by Air Products.  The last one sold in '62 was
3060G, and as you stated, 3061G the first Alon coupe was really a
modified,
unsold Air Products unit.  I get all this info from a book called "THE
ERCOUPE:  A TOUCH OF CLASS by Frank Saletri, ESQ." which I have on loan
from
a long time Coupe owner, also in Southern NM named Joe Moreland.
