Warren, I took his question to refer to the bottom stiffeners only. On my Forney, they are the same, a single 1/4" loop of alum. with an inch or so hanging parallel for the plastic to slip into. The loop isn't symetrically formed, the outside portion forms into the loop at a tangent, is formed around 270 deg and then bends at a right angle to come parallel to the other side. It is equivalent to half of the upper "female" piece to which you refer. OK, what rounded edge are you talking about? I have a male and female on top. And two males on each bottom. Just what am I missing?
