The other day an article appeared in the Provo Herald newspaper. A gentlemen in a Cherokee took off from the Provo airport. Once airborne, he hit an eagle. it went through the windshield, hit the passenger doing major damage, and ended up in the cargo compartment. I've always wondered what would happen if it had hit the wing instead of the windshield. By the way, the even though the pilot was not a Couper, he still managed to land the plane safely.
