Larry
We both had a good day today.
I heard you fly over Spanish Fork heading south out of Provo. I was in
the proscess of putting the new tires on 93968 this was the last thing
that I needed to
replace on the coupe. I have been working on her for the past 5 years, I
thought that it was only going to take me one year to put her together
but one new part
lead to another and I just could not just use the old part when a new one
would be better in the long run, I'm sure alot of my fellow coupers
would agree.
So today was the day we did some taxi testing which lead to some ground
affect testing and then some pattern testing , the rudders worked great
thanks
to Darrel Hansen up in Canada. All controls worked perfectly c 85 ran
smoth, just the most exciting day I have had in years, I still find it
hard to believe all of
my work soared high today. It is hard to put it into words, I took my
first ride in a coupe with my test pilot and it was fantastic, I will now
start my lessons
in my new red coupe. The journey has be long and hard , now it is
rewarding.   :}
