Lynn, I wouldn't be too worried about the conflict. Even better, do not make any hard and fast rule, to many opportunities to deviate should arise. Besides, you two have about 5 more summers to get the rest of it done--then girlitis should start playing a role. Make the trip memorable for Joel--don't make him hanger fly with a bunch of ol' men and women too often. Take some pictures of him having a good time and post them on a web site this fall. If we don't see you this trip, maybe you'll see some of us on our own grandson trips soon.
