The FAA has (or had) a program to do free, no risk, inspections as part of
a
safety program.  I haven't heard much about it for sometime, but I thought
it was a good idea.  It wasn't widely broadcast as far as I could tell,
and
very few people seem to have heard of it.  Do they still have that program
in place, Bill?
