Dennis, I don't know how accurate the GPS is.  I know that my Garmin will
fluctuate
several hundreds of feet while on the water at Lake Powell.  I also know
that what
you need to rely on while flying the Coupe is your altimeter and not the
GPS.  If
you suspect it's not accurate, get it fixed right.  Don't screw around
trying to fix
it yourself.  Above all, don't compromise the safety of others while
flying with an
inaccurate instrument.
