I use a solid steel boldt (found at most hardware stores)
 that works very well just make sure
you get it long enough so that it sticks out far enough to be able
to get your lifting mechanism under it.

BE CAREFULL THINK THIS THRU BEFORE DOING IT IT COULD 
TURN OUT TO BE VERY EXPENSIVE IF NOT DONE CORRECTLY
