PRC sealant,
yes it's the miracle cure that's approved by AC43.13! You must have a dry, clean spot to apply it, and it needs to be applied to the bare metal. My tank was out, so I hit it with our shop bead blaster to knock off the paint and get an oil-free surface. You can apply inside and out- I put mine on the outside because it's far easier.
