I have a very ugly piece of lead bolted to the bulkhead just inside the
tailcone.  The first time I removed the tailcone and saw it, I was
shocked.
after looking through the log book, I found the entry for installing the
metal prop and removing the wood prop.  It also stated that a 2 1/2 lb.
lead
weight was added to the tail to make up for the difference in prop
weights.
2.5 lbs mounted that far aft can have a hell of a lot of effect.
