Being that it was Halloween yesterday, of course I wasn't online last night. I was out wandering about with the other ghosts and goblins. I ususally do exercise walks in the daytime, but walking on Halloween night has become a tradition with me. Eureka is big on Halloween. Many people have their houses decorated imaginatively. I get a big kick out of seeing the kids in their costumes. The adults accompanying the kids seemed to be having fun too, no doubt partly attributable to ideal Halloween weather. It was cold, super clear, and there was no wind. I was thinking what a great night it would be for flying. Now that I had a taste of being up in the air at night, I can hardly wait to go up again. Last night would have been so perfect but I couldn't find anyone who was flying last night. If I had my PPL and I my own plane, I would have been flying for sure. Being up there on a cold, clear night with all those stars must be one of the best feelings in the world! Spook PS I know, I know. Spook ought to be able to fly on Halloween without a plane.
