Dennis, Jack, and everybody,

I almost, I said almost feel bad in telling you what a beautiful flying
day we had Monday here in coastal Northern CA. Yes, we do get a lot of
rain in the winter and a lot of fog all year round, but our good VFR days
are spectacular. I had a morning lesson with that, what do you call it,
severe clear weather. Not only was it the kind of day that makes me glad
to be alive, it was also probably the most fun lesson I've had so far.
I'll do a total write-up on it later. I'm behind on my lesson narrations
(for those of you that are following them).

Anyway, it was the kind of day and the kind of lesson that made me happier
than is probably legal! When we got back to the flying club and Andres
was writing in my log book, I felt so good that I started giggling. Soon
Andres was giggling too. I can't help it. When it comes to flying, I
have the unbridled enthusiasm of a kid.

Stay warm folks,

Spook
