On the topic of mag voltage... I've never actually measured the voltage of the mags or looked it up in th maintenance manual... although I know it's in the manual. My experience had always been that airplanes with Eisemann or Bendix mags are easier to get started when hand proping than those equiped with slicks. It would be interesting to check the voltage. I've got access to all the manuals so if I get a chance I'll look it up and let you all know.
