Hummmm,
Let me see if I understood, I need to:
1) Configure IMAP-courier to auth using PAM
AUTHMODULES="authpam" (in imapd)
2) Then configure pam do auth in NT using pam_smb in /etc/pam.d/imapd
3) And then configure... and about LDAP accounts??
