You can't put commands in aliases (different from sendmail). Instead you must create .courier files.
I read the man page for makealiases, but didn't notice much about commands
in aliases.
You simply have to exclude the " "
ie:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]: |/www/mailman/mail/wrapper post example
