I just timed it, the page is indeed returning after precisely 15 seconds.

Too tired to recompile Courier tonight, and it's not mission critical.   I
will change the #define (and probably grab the new version of courier while
I'm at it) and recompile tomorrow.

Sam, can this be made a run-time configuration parameter?
