What is the below area in sqwebmail, under the preferences for?
Mailing List > Enter the addresses of mailing lists you are subscribed to
(one per line)

There are three different reply buttons: reply to sender, reply to all, and reply to list. "Reply to list" initially formats the reply only to those addresses that are recognized as mailing list addresses.
