Hello:

[Please CC me as I'm not subscribed to the list]

I have an Courier server running with LDAP authentication. It works
flawlessly except one little issue.

I have some aliases configured. This way if somebody send an email to
postmaster, admin or root they are send to me.

The problem is that I cannot make the root alias to work although it
looks like it is configured properly:

# courierldapaliasd query local [EMAIL PROTECTED]
maildrop: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
# courierldapaliasd query esmtp [EMAIL PROTECTED]
maildrop: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

I have attached the log messages I get when trying to send a message to
the root alias. There are some strange things, there doesn't appear the
root address, but the postmaster (although it didn't appear in the
original email). And there is an error message:
courierlocal: No such file or directory
Any idea of what this can be?

Any hint in solving my problem would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Regards

Beat
