Hello again, I don't use LDAP (can't help you about that), I use MySQL (authmysql) for user authentication both MDA & MTA. For aliasing Courier uses its own $COURIER/etc/aliases.dat hash file which is produced by the above mentioned makealiases command from the files contents placed in the $COURIER/etc/aliases/*. I've created several files there (using informative names) with working the expected way. If it'd be possible to integrate LDAP aliasing into Courier I neither know the way nor think it's worth to deal with. Maybe other list readers with better knowledge of LDAP could clear this issue. By my present knowledge of Courier you should use Courier aliasing to reach the desired result, other aliasing (e.g. /etc/aliases.db good for sendmail) are not effective for Courier.
