dsnfrom
              This file contains one line specifying the contents
              of the From: header that Courier puts in all deliv-
              ery  status  notifications.  This  file specifies a
              complete header, except for the "From: "  part.  If
              dsnfrom is missing, then Courier uses the following
              header: "Courier mail server at me" <@>

Create etc/dsnfrom with this line:

"Delivery Status Notification" <MAILER-DAEMON>

Courier automagically appends @me.

Its OK for me as long as it prevents further bounces ;)

But I use 'MAILER-DAEMON' because thats recognized by procmail
(FROM_MAILER and FROM_DAEMON) and also some autoresponder will
recognize this.
