I never had to set those, Mozilla used my inline Sent, Drafts, and Trash folders just fine. If they are not inline, you may have to though, never tested as I don't like subfolders of INBOX. Additionally, the OP should have searched the archives to find a URL reference to http://karmak.org/2003/courier-imap/ for Mozilla/Outlook/Outlook Express setup.
