That, of course, assumes the use of rpm as the package manager.
Consider:
  locate courier | grep man     
  #  assumes locate up-to-date and installed

  find /usr/man -name 'courier*'

Personally, I *also* found it a little bit difficult to locate the
what I wanted in the documentation.

I found the best documentation at:

The 'Installation' process could be a bit noisier -- sooner or later
I'll go through the process and detail where it could use improvement.
Saying "this needs work" without specifying how is damn near useless.

That being said, I made the switch to courier mta from qmail and am
quite pleased with the process.
