This maildrop error means that it can't properly write to the program specified in xfilter. When you run maildrop as a system user it runs fine, so obviously that system user can pipe the message through spamc.
According to your previous post you have the virtual users running under uid/gid 1001.
... and the first error message indicates that uid 1001 is not found in the passwd file.
