That's the same I think... it's when I REMOVE the `127..' line - which makes
localhost not a relay client.

Guess in the abscence of other input, I'll try upgrading to the latest. Same
problem on two machines, so I'll try the backup machine first. Anyone know
what timezone Sam is in? ;-)

Hate doing that at the last minute, but not much choice here.

Yeah, IIRC, I only saw the problem on hosts that weren't RELAYCLIENTs,
because Courier closed the smtpaccess dat when a host was a RELAYCLIENT,
but not if they weren't.

The aliases file.  The error happens when the remote host sends the
"RCPT TO" command and courier expands the alias.  I think.
