Consider bumping MAXDELS up more, and get us those queue* numbers.

As I mentioned, it might be called 'courier-mtaconfig' or just
'showconfig'.  Try 'ls /usr/sbin/*config*' and see what pops up.

Well, that's potentially pretty exensive.  More expensive than an smtp
transation, that's almost certain.

Well, if you want to *stop* incoming smtp, then run 'esmtpd stop'
(or esmtpd-msa or esmtpd-ssl or any combination of the above, depending
on what you want to stop.)

NOTE!! That means that any locally generated mail that connects to your
local smtpd will fail.

Do this with caution.
