It's not about fault.  It's about utility for users.  Cutting off a
significant percentage of users of the net because you don't approve of how
their service providers manage port 25 connections is just hostile.

Well, first, I wouldn't "bitch them" because I don't disagree with them.  I
think they have every right to limit those connections.  Second, since their
actions don't break any extant standards, new ones should be worked around
their behavior, not the other way around.
