I would like to set up client esmtp auth with no smtpaccess restrictions. esmtpd contains
AUTHMODULES="authdaemon" ESMTPAUTH="LOGIN CRAM-MD5" smtpaccess/ is empty; smtpaccess.dat regenerated. If I configure the client to authenticate, valid username/password (the same one that works on imap) fails. If I tell it not to authenticate, Relaying is denied (that much is obvious). One note: AUTH_REQUIRED=0 because if i set to 1, all messages bounce with "authentication required".
