Is there a "life with courier" site? For some reason I thought there was, but haven't been able to find it recently.
I have found the courier man pages to be amazing sources of information and examples. They don't even deserve to be called man pages because they shine above all those other supposed "man" pages in their readability and organization.
This mailing list is also a great source of information. The mail-archive is a great place to search for your query: http://www.mail-archive.com/courier-users%40lists.sourceforge.net/. Sourceforge and geocrawler archives suXz0r. I once found another archive that had an amazing layout with frames and a great search utility, but it's name escapes me (and my bookmarks).
