Since this is a new server I decided to reinstall from scratch with the recently released 0.45.5. Mail addressed to non-existent users is STILL getting delivered to /usr/lib/courier/etc/aliasdir/Maildir! I can't really move to this new server until I figure out what is going on. Any help at all would be appreciated.
