I don't have my server in production mode yet.  I have a couple virtual 
test users with POP and SMTP, using just the courier suite of tools.  
Local mail was being forwarded to one of these test accounts--does this 
mean I was using maildrop?

I just followed the install instructions on the courier site and everything 
worked as expected.

I don't remember changing any maildrop config files.  The server is down 
now so I can't check to be sure.
