I am going to hop over to the maildrop list. To answer your questions, maildrop would be specified in your /etc/courier/courierd config file under #DEFAULTDELIVERY="| /usr/local/courier/bin/maildrop". The problem for me is I see that maildrop supports LDAP and MySQL but I don't see any ./configure parameters for postgres... perhaps I am missing something.
