I believe your thunderbird is using the default "Place a copy o the Sent folder" option. Is the "Sent" folder created? I don't think thunderbird creates it automatically nor does Courier.
Yeah thunderbird has that option checked, its a dropdown box and i just select the account.
What is the name of the sent folder that courier uses, Sent Mail, Sent, SentMail
Thunderbird is a little strange too in how it organizes folders. Im not sure if the folder structure should be:
