Nowhere.  Courier implements ESMTP DSN, on special fanfare is needed.

If you want the full message returned, you have to specify RET=FULL in MAIL
FORM:, so I don't really understand what you're asking.

First, I would like to thank you for you reply.

My goal would be to have the full message in the DSN for every mail sent from my
network with any client and any account. I have 2 webmails, several thunderbird
clients and would have liked to configure only the server.

Finally, what I would need is to define the "default" behavior with the original
message in DSN.

No. At present, the default bounce format is not configurable in Courier. The bounce format must be explicitly requested during SMTP.
