I have found clamassassin to be quite helpful. It's a command line
program that calls clamav, scans the message and adds headers just like
spamassassin does so you use it the same way in your maildroprc or
.mailfilter file. ClamAV's FP rate is much better than SpamAssassin's
so I simply toss anything clamassassin flags but that of course is your
choice.
