Yes, I call clamassassin first since it tends to have a lower FP rate.
Right now, I throw all flagged messages from clamassassin into a folder
on my account so I can watch them but soon I'll just discard them
completely since ClamAV's FP rate is nearly zero (again, this is up to
the sysadmin in question). Then I call Spamassasin which puts spam
messages in the user's spam folder. Here's a simplified version of my
.maildroprc:
