What's odd about this is that, as I mentioned in my reply to Tim, the
other server I set up recently doesn't have this problem. The two
servers are each behind a home router/modem, and the two routers
receive broadband connections from different ISPs. Also, the one that
is having the trouble is one I've ssh'd into via a dyndns.org
subdomain, whereas the other one I've ssh'd into locally (although the
email account it sent the mail to successfully was on a different
network altogether).

I'd be very grateful for any light you can shed on this!
